Deposit calculated at 50% of the number of nights booked.
We only book one party exclusively at the Bush Camp.
The main Shayamoya Lodge is a Safari camp – camo gear and hunting discussions should be kept to a minimum, unless you are staying in the Bush Camp.
Malaria - Shayamoya is officially situated in a low risk area.
All accounts to be settled at the Shayamoya office prior to departure.

It is against the law for any NON South African resident to hunt without the services of a licensed Professional Hunter. We outsource a PH and indication on prices are:
R1100 per day to accompany your hunt.
R1500 per day to hire his vehicle.
R450 per day rifle hire and R65 per bullet small calibre or R155 per big calibre
Carcasses of game hunted by NON South African residents remain the property of Pongola Bow Safaris.

Your trophies can be arranged for Shoulder mounts, full mounts etc. Taxidermist prices and payment are for your account. We will arrange all necessary steps for your work to be carried out. Trophies will be clearly marked with all your details. A delivery fee will be applicable. There is a charge of R20 per skin for salting.

Please note: We charge a minimum of R250 or 10% handling and transport fee per carcass for meat processing.
We are happy to courier your processed meat at standard courier prices.

A self-catering camp with 5 tents, in total sleeping 10 guests, a rustic camp powered by gas and solar panels only.
Linen and towels are provided. Cell phones can be charged at the main lodge.
A supply of wood is provided daily; if exceeded there is a charge for additional wood.
This venue is only accessible with a high axle vehicle.

To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required, the balance is payable on completion of the stay.
All prices are applicable to animals actually bagged, wounded or lost.
There will be no refunds on cancellations or on early departures.
